Institute for Color Science and Technology (ICST), which is affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, was inaugurated in July 19th, 1997 to develop knowledge and technologies in all areas of Color, Colorants, Paint and Coatings.
Since then, the institute had been faced different challenges so the institute is presently fully trained and equipped to play a constructive role in pioneering in knowledge and productions, supporting elites and SMEs in color technology incubator, trouble-shooting for color, colorants, paint and coatings industries, developing Know-Hows and promoting color, colorants, paint and coatings industries.
At this time, the institute employs experienced professionals in PhD and master levels in color, colorants, paint, coatings and related fields and has effective cooperation with universities, research and industrial centers and successfully trouble-shoots color, paint and coatings industries.
